Maharashtra NTSE 2020 Official Notification Released. Check Complete Details

Maharashtra State Council of Examination, Pune has released the official notification for State Level National Talent Search Examination 2019-20 which will be held on 17th November 2019 (Sunday) this year.
Students who qualify the NTSE Stage-I Exam will be eligible to appear in the Final NTSE (Stage-II) Scholarship Exam on 10th May 2020 (Sunday).

Uttar Pradesh NTSE Stage-1 2020 Official Notification cum Application Form Released

Examination Regularity Authority, Uttar Pradesh state has recently released the Official Notification for NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) stage-1. This will be a two-stage Offline exam as usual of which NTSE Stage-1 will be state level conducted by state board & NTSE Stage-2 will be conducted National Level by NCERT, Delhi. NCERT has fixed a seat-quota for each state (a fixed no. of seats are allotted to each state) for qualifying students of NTSE Stage-1.

Application Fee:

Application fee for Uttar Pradesh NTSE Stage-1 exam for

  • General/OBC Category is Rs. 50 &
  • ST/SC/Differently Abled students: Rs. 30

Eligibility

Any Regular student of Class 10th from a recognized school under Uttar Pradesh State Board and having minimum 60% (for General & 55% for Rest categories) in class 9th last year.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The State Level NTSE exam will have two test papers –

  • MAT (Mental Ability Test) &
  • SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test).

Both of these papers will have 100 questions each with 1 marks for each right question. Exam duration will be 120 minutes for normal students & 150 minutes for Physically Challenged students. Students must read the Classroom syllabus of 9th & 10th for preparing the NTSE Exam.

Note: The Qualifying Marks in state level NTSE Stage-1 exam are 40 (32 marks for SC/ST/Differently Abled students).

Rajasthan state NTSE 2020 stage-1 Official Notification released, Find all Important Details here

“State Education Board, Ajmer (Rajasthan) has released Official Notification for NTSE (National Talent Search Exam) Stage-1.”

NCERT Delhi conducts the NTSE every year in two phases. After clearing both the stages, 2000 students will be selected for a monthly scholarship provided they must fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Tamilnadu State level NTSE Stage-1 exam 2019-20, Check Exam Dates, Syllabus, Eligibility & Exam Pattern

“DIRECTORATE OF GOVERNMENT EXAMINATIONS, CHENNAI has released the official notification for State-level NTSE stage-1”

NTSE is a National level Talent Hunt and Scholarship exam conducted by NCERT, Delhi. NTSE stands for National Talent Search Exam. This is an “Offline mode only” exam.

T4he NTSE 2020 exam will be conducted in the following two stages –

  1. NTSE stage-1 will be a State level exam
  2. NTSE stage-2 will be a National level exam for students selected through NTSE Stage-1

After the NTSE stage-1 exam, 466 students will be selected for the Stage-2. After clearing both the NTSE stages, 2000 students are said to be eligible for NTSE Scholarships. These scholarships will be claimable up to Ph.D. as per decided by the NCERT upon fulfilling the further criteria.

Question Pattern for Exam:

The State Level NTSE exam will have two test papers namely

  • MAT (Mental Ability Test) &
  • SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test)

of 100 marks with 2 hours of Exam duration for each. There is no particular syllabus for the exam but syllabi of class 9th & 10th is recommended. The qualifying marks for NTSE stage-1 will be minimum 40% for General/OBC/EWS category students & 32% for the reserved category students.

Uttarakhand NTSE 2020 stage-1 Official Notification Released, Find all Important details

“SCERT (State Council of Educational Research and Training), Uttarakhand has recently released the official notification for State-level NTS exam stage-1.”

NTSE is conducted in two stages, the NTSE Stage-1 is being conducted on State Level by respective State Education Board of Schools & the NTSE Stage-2 by NCERT, Delhi. Total 2000 students are selected through this exam & all the selected students are provided a monthly scholarship for their further studies up to Ph.D. level.

Eligibility

All students currently studying in class 10th from any recognized school under Uttarakhand State Education Board. Students must have minimum 65% (for General & 55% for Rest categories) in class 9th.

Note: Only 79 students will be selected from Uttarakhand state for NTS Stage-2 exam.

Application Fee:

The application fee for Uttarakhand NTSE Stage-1 exam –

  • General/OBC Category – Rs. 200 &
  • ST/SC/Differently Abled students – Rs. 100

“State Education Board, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) has released Official Notification for NTSE (National Talent Search Exam) Stage-1.”

NCERT Delhi conducts the NTSE every year in two phases. After clearing both the stages, 2000 students will be selected for a monthly scholarship provided they must fulfil the eligibility criteria. NTSE has set a fixed quota for each state, total of 530 students will be selected to appear in NTSE stage-2 from MP state.

Note:

  • As per official Notification, “No Application Fee is applicable for the eligible students of MP state”.

Bihar NTSE Stage-1 2020 Official Notification released, Find all Important Details

Official notification of NTSE (National Talent Search Exam) 2020 stage-1 for Bihar State has been recently published on SCERT, Bihar’s official website.

This will be a two-stage Offline exam as usual of which NTSE Stage-1 will be state-level conducted by SCERT, Patna & NTSE Stage-2 will be conducted National Level by NCERT, Delhi. Total 2000 students will be selected after the exam & will be entitled for the Scholarships. Official Notification released for Gujarat NTSE 2020 Stage-1, Know all Important details

As many of State Education Boards had already announced the exam dates for NTSE stage-1 for session 2019-20. Now State Examination Board, Gujarat has also released the official notification for NTSE stage 1 on their website. As most of the state boards are following the same exam schedule, expect some boards. NTSE stage-1 for Gujarat is scheduled to be conducted on 3-Nov-2019.

Eligibility

  • All students currently studying in class 10th from any recognized school under Gujarat State Education Board.
  • Students must have minimum 60% (for General & 55% for Rest categories) in class 9th.
  • The minimum age decided by the State Board to appear in this exam is restricted to 18 years only (as on 1st July 2019).

Official Notification cum Application Form Released for Himachal Pradesh NTSE 2020 stage -1

“NCERT has recently released the Official Notification for the NTSE (National Talent Search Exam) stage-1 exam.”

Scholarships are always a very demanding term amongst the student & NTSE Exam is a very nice chance to possess a scholarship for further studies (applicable up to post-graduation). On the basis of NTSE (stage -II) examination conducted by NCERT, Two Thousand (2000) scholarships will be awarded. These selected students will be entitled to the Scholarships for 11th, 12th, UG, PG & Ph.D. Courses as per UGC norms.

NCERT will conduct NTSE exam in two stages where Stage 1 comprises two test papers namely MAT (Mental Ability Test) & SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) of 100 marks each. NTSE Stage-1 Exam is a state-level exam on the other side the NTSE Stage-2 exam will be conducted National Level.

Note: There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKING.

Eligibility

All students currently studying in Class 10th in schools affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education & having minimum 60% marks in class 9th last year for General Category students & 55% for reserved category students. The student’s age must be under 18 years as on 01.07.2019. Students studying through ODL mode i.e. NIOS, SOS etc. can also apply provided he/she is not employed.

Haryana State NTSE Stage-1 exam 2019-20 Official Notification | Find Dates, Syllabus, Eligibility & Exam Pattern

“Directorate of Teacher Education and SCERT, Haryana has released the official notification for State-level NTSE stage-1”

NTSE is a National level Talent Hunt and Scholarship exam conducted by State Boards & NCERT, Delhi. NTSE stands for National Talent Search Exam. This is an “Offline mode only” exam. After clearing both the NTSE stages, 2000 students are said to be eligible for NTSE Scholarships.

Total 186 Students will be selected after the Exam.

There is No Application Fee for this Exam.

The NTSE exam will be conducted in the following two stages –
