Tripura NTSE Stage-I Result 2021 Declared. Download the list of selected candidates

SCERT Tripura has released the list of qualified candidates in NTS (Stage-1) Exam 2021. From Tripura Total 50 students have cleared the 1st stage exam & will appear in NTSE Stage-2 examination to be held in the next few months.

The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national-level scholarship program (Exam). The eligibility for the examination is class X appearing student.

Based on the National Talent Search Examination, students are awarded scholarships. The amount of scholarship for Class-XI to XII is Rs.1250/- per month. For Undergraduates and Post-graduates, the scholarship is Rs.2000/- per month. The amount of Scholarship for Ph.D. is in accordance with the UGC norms.

There is a two-stage selection process for the award of scholarship. For NTSE Stage-I, Selection is done by States/UTs through a written examination. Students, who Qualify for Stage- I are eligible to appear for the Stage-II examination.

 

Tripura NTSE Stage-1 2019 Official Notification released, Find all Important details for NTS Exam

Official notification of NTS (National Talent Search) exam stage-1 for Tripura State has been recently published on official website. This will be a two-stage Offline exam as usual of which NTSE Stage-1 will be State level & NTSE Stage-2 will be conducted National Level. NCERT, Delhi has fixed a seat-quota for each state (a fixed no. of seats are allotted to each state) for qualifying students of NTSE Stage-1.

Eligibility

Any Regular student of Class 10th from a recognized school under Tripura State Board and having minimum 60% (for General & 55% for Rest categories) in class 9th last year. Student’s age to appear in this exam must be below 18 years (as on 1st July 2018).

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The State Level NTSE exam will have two test papers – MAT (Mental Ability Test) & SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test). Both of these papers will have 100 questions each with 1 marks for each right question. Students must read the Classroom syllabus of 9th & 10th for preparing the NTSE Exam.

Note: The Qualifying Marks in state level NTSE Stage-1 exam are 40 (32 marks for SC/ST/Differently Abled students).

Important Dates & Timings:

  • Last date for submitting Application Form: 18th August 2018
  • NTSE Stage-1 Exam Timing: 04th November 2018 (MAT 10:30am-12:30pm & SAT 1:30am-3:30pm)
  • NTSE Stage-2 Exam Date: 12th May 2019
