NTSE 2022

The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national-level scholarship program (Exam) for students studying in Class X. NTSE Stage–I will be conducted by SCERT (H.P), in which fifty-one students will be selected. This examination will be conducted in 68 examination centers in H.P. on 16th January 2022 (Sunday).

The online application for NTSE Himachal Pradesh will begin on 25th October 2021. The Last date for Submission of the Complete Application Form in online mode is 30th November 2021. While the  Last date for Verification of Student data by The Principal/Headmaster of the school is 7th December 2021.

The students selected in stage-I will be eligible to appear in the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE- Stage II) conducted by NCERT, Delhi, on 12th June 2022 (Sunday).

 

Eligibility for NTSE Himachal Pradesh

(i) All students of Class- X studying in recognized schools of Himachal Pradesh are eligible to appear for the Stage-I Examination to be conducted by the SCERT, Solan (H.P.).There will be no domicile restriction.

(ii) Students registered under Open Distance Learning (ODL) will also be eligible for the scholarship, provided the student is below the age of 18 years as on 1st July of 2021, the student is not employed and she/he is appearing in class X examination for the first time. A certificate from competent authority is required.

(iii) The candidates from General/OBC & EWS categories should have secured at least 60% marks in class IX. Candidates from SC/ST/PCG category Should have secured at least 55% marks in class IX to apply for NTSE Stage-I examination.
