NTSE Stage-1 Examination in Rajasthan on 13 December 2020. NTSE Answer Key & Solutions will be available after exam

The examination will be held at 9 schools in Kota

The first phase of the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE-2020) will be conducted on 13 December in Rajasthan by the Ajmer Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. In the first innings, the test of Mental Ability Test (MAT) will be conducted from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and in the second innings, the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SET) will be conducted from 1.30 to 3.30 pm.

Amit Gupta, Head of PNCF department and Vice President of ALLEN Career Institute, said that this examination will be conducted at 9 schools in Kota. The answer and paper solution of this first stage exam will be uploaded by ALLEN Career Institute on December 13 itself, at 5 pm, on ALLEN’s website: https://www.allen.ac.in/

Students, who qualify in NTSE Stage-1, will appear for Stage-2 examination to be conducted across the country on June 13, 2021 by NCERT New Delhi. After the second phase exam, 2 thousand selected students will then be chosen for the scholarship.

In this, students of Class 11 and 12 are given 1250 rupees, while students of graduation and post-graduation are provided with scholarship of 2 thousand rupees every month.

In both Stage-1 and Stage-2 exams, 2 papers will be taken. Each of them, Paper-1 Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Paper-2 Scholastic Aptitude Test (SET), will be of 100-100 marks. There is no provision for negative marking. Students are advised to attempt all the 200 questions.

Last Minute Tips for NTSE 2021 Stage-1 Exam 

Mr. Gupta further added that before starting the paper, students should take 4-5 minutes to understand it. This will help in understanding the paper and its difficulties. The focus should be on solving the simple questions first. This way, more questions will be solved in less time and there will be more time to solve the difficult questions. Student should keep filling in OMR, it is advisable to solve every 10-15 questions and fill the answers in OMR.
