NTSE Stage-II Examination scheduled for May 10th 2020 has been postponed. Know More

National Talent Search Examination 2020 Stage-2 has been postponed by The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). This decision has been taken in the wake of the Coronavirus Outbreak in the country.

In an official notification released by NCERT, ” The National Talent Search Examination 2020 Stage-2 scheduled for May 10th, 2020 in all the States/UTs of the country has been postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic”.

The revised date for NTSE 2020 Stage 2 exam is yet to be announced. The new dates would be announced by NCERT after May 3, 2020, and would be available on the official site of NCERT at ncert.nic.in.

Students who have qualified the NTSE stage 1 examination by attaining the cutoff score are eligible for the stage 2 exam.
Based on the stage-2 exam the scholarship of 1250 rupees will be given to the selected students every month for class 11th and 12th. At graduation and PG level, they will get Rs 2 thousand per month i.e. 24 thousand scholarship annually.

This information has already been published via social media platforms of NCERT on 18th April. But the official notification has been released on 20th April on ncert.nic.in.
