The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a National Level Examination which is conducted by the National Council of Education Research (NCERT) and Training. The exam aims to recognize young talent and provide deserving candidates with scholarships.

NTSE exam is conducted in two Stages, 1 & 2, at the secondary school level. Students qualifying Stage 1 are the ones who stand eligible for Stage 2 of NTSE. The exam works towards identifying and recognizing students who have higher intellect and academic skills.
